WoW forums: less trash (mobs), more substance in Heroic dung

Granted, Heroic dungeons in World of Warcraft are supposed to be difficult, but are they too time-consuming as well? Blizzard forum member Clarkme seems to think so, and the poster has suggested that Blizzard lessen the amount of trash mobs in WoW Heroic Dungeons like the Shattered Halls and strengthen the bosses instead.

WoW boat NPCs still missing in action despite new patch

Despite Blizzard's promises to return missing stuff in future World of Warcraft patches, it seems some NPCs are still missing in action. A glaring example of this is the absence of ship crew characters which are supposed to be visible when you travel by sea.The AWOL NPCs were noted to have been missing since last year.

WoW linked to Virginia Tech suicide

Daniel Kim, a senior at Virginia Tech, was found dead in the parking lot of a Target store in Christiansburg, VA. Preliminary investigation immediately determined that the 21-year old died of a self-inflicted gunshot to the head. Upon further investigation, it was found that Kim was an avid World of Warcraft gamer, thus linking another tragic death
